These are silicone pads with an open center that slips under your bra straps, then your bra strap is placed in the holder for a more comfortable bra. They're held in place by the pressure of your "too tight" straps against shoulder (they don't glue on or stay attached to the bra). These are a "new & improved" version with a series of grooves in the center. The bra strap sits on these little grippers and prevents the Bra Strap Comfort cushion from sliding.
