A 20% CANCELLATION FEE will be charged for all order cancellations, refused or unclaimed shipments. Unfortunately, it's far more work to cancel an order than to ship it, forcing us to implement this fee effective January 3, 2007. This fee covers our labor for processing/packing an order and then reversing the procedures again our shipping and billing systems. It also covers our and credit card processing fee (they charge us as soon as you place the order). If you are not sure about placing an order, do not submit it....take some time to think about it and come back when you're sure about your purchase. Once the order is submitted, we pull inventory for you and immediately take action so the order can ship the same or next day.
