If you cannot add more than one item to the shopping cart, the problem usually lies with cookies (not the good tasting kind). Your browser or firewall settings may not allow 3rd party cookies on your computer. The shopping cart needs to be fed these "cookies" to remember you clicked something. Our computers are become increasingly more secure and will decide what you can and can't let "into" your computer. Unfortunately, we can't fix the problem on our end.....it's a matter of getting your computer's browser and/or firewall software to cooperate with the Yahoo! shopping cart and feed it the cookies it craves. Suggested Fix: Right-click the little icon in the lower right hand corner that says EZ FW Click: Restore EZ Firewall Control Central Move Cookie Control Slider at top of screen all the way down to “off” Close window. If that doesn't work, the problem may be solved by clear the temporary internet files in your browser. Under Tools, Internet Options. In the Temporary Internet files section click "Delete Files" then OK to Delete all files in the Temporary Internet Files" |
